A flag describing a set of actions of a funeral procession for a raw sourdough, previously cultivated from a mix of wheat and rye flours.

The design was informed by artistic research into fermentation, industrial food production, relation between performance and artist's statement, and all of the other fun stuff, culminating in a series of visual essays.
